Tibetan Pulsing World - Course Information

Introductory Seminars

Introductory Talks and Introductory Fun Events

These take place periodically in many different countries and are an easy way to make contact with some Tibetan Pulsing Yoga practitioners, find out a little bit more about Tibetan Pulsing Yoga, and in the case of day or weekend events, to have a first experience of Tibetan Pulsing Yoga itself.

The Ignition Group

A silent Initiation into the pulsebeat. A journey through the seven chakras. (Normally a prerequisite for The Intensive).

Fresh Juice

Initiation into the hi-tech process of Tibetan Pulsing Yoga through the transformation of sexual energy that is tied up in negative experiences of the past. The ideal process for lower back problems.

Fresh Air

A deep and joyful bodywork focusing on our emotions through liberating the tensions around the ribcage.

The Women’s Work

A journey into the mysteries and secrets of the female body. Through Tibetan Pulsing Yoga every woman can discover her natural beauty and transform tensions in the ovaries or breasts into bliss. Specially helpful for menstrual pains, menopause, difficulties with having an orgasm, relaxation after sexual abuse and other problems.
